Thank you so much for your interest in a Holiday Mini Session for 2023! I am offering 3 different sessions this year, 2 formal sets & Santa Sessions!
Please read the following information before booking your session!
Sessions are for ages 5+ months or older (able to sit up unassisted), except for Santa Sessions.
All sessions are 15 minute time slots. Sessions can last up to 15 minutes or shorter.
Sessions are for IMMEDIATE family ONLY. $20 each additional person outside of immediate family. (immediate family would be considered mom, dad, siblings)
Santa Session - This session is $399, up to 15 minutes and includes 5 digital images with print release. $150 is your session fee and goes towards your final balance. Your final balance of $249 is due 24 hours prior to the session date listed above. After our session, you will be emailed your proofing gallery to select which 5 digital images you want. Extra images will be available for purchase for $35 each. Proof gallery will be sent out within a week of your session. Once you pick which images you want, I will start working on your images and you will have them in delivered to you in a private online gallery ready for download within 2 weeks from proof gallery selection. Retainer fee/Session Fee is non-refundable/non-transferable. There is NO make-up date for Santa Mini Sessions due to Santa's schedule. If Santa cannot come due to weather related issues, health issues, etc… the session will just be a Formal Mini Session and the price will be $325 and not $399. (invoice will be adjusted)
Formal Sessions - These sessions are $325, up to 15 minutes and includes 5 digital images with print release. $150 is your session fee and goes towards your final balance. Your final balance of $175 is due 48 hours prior to the session date listed above. After our session, you will be emailed your proofing gallery to allow you to see all of the images taken and get to pick which 5 digital images you want. Extra images will be available for purchase for $35 each. Proof gallery will be sent out within a week of your session. Once you pick which images you want, I will start working on your images and you will have them in delivered to you in a private online gallery ready for download within 2 weeks from proof gallery selection. Retainer Fee/Session Fee is non-refundable/non-transferable.
-Cancellation/Rescheduling: Since this is a special offering, in the event of a cancellation by CLIENT the session fee is non-refundable. If CLIENT is a no show, the balance paid & session fee are non refundable and not transferable. If someone in your household is sick, please contact me ASAP to discuss rescheduling due to illness. (session would be on a weekday, not a weekend.)
If session needs to be rescheduled, it will be on a WEEKDAY. NOT A WEEKEND.
-These sessions run back to back so it's important to arrive ready and dressed. Must be dressed prior to arrival. Getting dressed at the studio will take away from the 15 minute session time. Same day cancellations and No Show/No Call Appointments will forfeit their Photo Session Fee.
-Cooperation. The Photographer is not responsible if the client or child fails to cooperate during portrait sessions. The photographer is not responsible for undesired mannerisms not limited to things such as: type of smile, crying, shyness, grumpy, non-cooperation, or refusal to take photos.
-Re-shoots are not offered on these sessions. Re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair or by not following the recommendations of the photographer. Reshoots are not offered if a client fails to cooperate during the session.
Studio Mini Sessions will take place at Jennifer Parrello Photography Studio located in West Milford, NJ (07480).

All sales are subject to 6.625% NJ sales Tax as required by state of NJ.
